Ingredients

1 pack Hilary’s Root Veggie Burger
1 large peach, small diced (about 1 cup)
1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 Tbsp Hilary’s Chili-Lime Vinaigrette
Lettuce
2 buns of your choice

Preparation

Begin by preparing two Hilary’s Root Veggie Burgers according to package instruction. While they are cooking, prepare the peach basil salsa.

Mix the diced peach in a small mixing bowl with the chopped basil and Hilary’s Chili-Lime Vinaigrette. Set aside.

Once the burgers are done, place the lettuce on the buns. Then top with the burger and peach basil salsa. Enjoy the flavors of the season!
