Ingredients, Serves 2

2 frozen bananas
1/2 can of frozen pumpkin purée
4 1/2 cups of coconut milk
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 scoops PureNourish protein powder
Top with whipped coconut cream
Makes two large smoothies

Directions

1. Combine the frozen pumpkin purée, ginger and pumpkin pie spice together and blend.
2. Add frozen bananas, coconut milk and PureNourish protein powder and blend.
3. Pour and top with the whipped coconut cream.
