With National Green Juice Day (Jan 26th) quickly approaching, here are two delicious green juice recipes, courtesy of HUROM.

The recipes below for Kale Spinach Juice and Apple Cucumber Juice are perfect for celebrating this healthy holiday!

Kale Spinach Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 of pineapple
  • A handful of kale
  • A handful of spinach

Directions:

  1. Remove the skin and the core of the pineapple, and trim and prepare the kale and the spinach.
  2. Close the lever and extract kale-spinach-pineapple in order.
  3. When putting the last ingredients in, place the lever in half-opened position to release compressed pulp.

Apple Cucumber Juice

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of Cucumber
  • ½ cup of Apple
  • ¼ cup of Lemon
  • ¼ cup of Celery

Directions:

  1. Cut off the ends of the cucumber, peel skin, and slice into appropriate sizes.
  2. Remove the seeds from the apple, cut.
  3. Prepare celery by washing thoroughly.
  4. Wash lemon with baking soda, and prepare by cutting, with the peel intact.
  5. Put lever on “close.” Alternate the order of ingredient insertion.
