Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

This satisfying smoothie is pretty high in calories, so reserve it as a special treat just once in a while!


1 full Banana peeled & sliced
1 tsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 cup Soy or Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract


– In a microwave, heat the nut milk until hot, and carefully add to Juiceman blender.
– Add remaining ingredients and blend on low for 30 seconds, then increase to high until smooth.
– Enjoy within 5-10 minutes of preparation.

Makes 12 ounces, 350 calories.
