Beyoncé’s Vegan Coach Debuts New Project ‘The Greenprint’

Marco Borges, exercise physiologist, New York Times/International Bestselling author, and CEO and Founder of 22 DAYS NUTRITION, co-owned with JAY-Z and Beyoncé, is launching one of today’s most inclusive and wide-ranging plant-based movements, The Greenprint.

THE CLINICAL TRIAL Holy Name Medical Center, ranked one of the top Hospitals in NJ by U.S. News and World Report, conducted a trailblazing clinical trial indented to uncover the potential of preventive care with food.  Given the compelling research around the benefits of plant-based foods, more than 200 participants were divided into two co-horts – Vegan and Vegetarian.  Each cohort underwent extensive testing before and after their diets over a 22 days period.  Some of the most significant results include: BMI going down over 5x more and Body Fat reducing over 4x more on a Vegan than Vegetarian Diet.  Most importantly, LDL went down over 200% more and overall cholesterol reduced by over 400% on a Vegan than Vegetarian Diet. The plant-based cohort also experienced more energy, better digestion, and improved sleep, among many other positive changes.
