These raw pumpkin pie bites are refined sugar and gluten-free, making them one of the most delicious and healthiest snacks you will have during the holidays! I recommend making double and triple batches because they won’t last long.

Ingredients, makes 16 balls
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 1/4 cup almond flour
4 pitted dates
1/3 cup organic pure pumpkin purée
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tbsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tbsp pumpkin seed butter
1/8 tbsp turmeric powder
1/8 tbsp ground cloves
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Roll small portions of mixture into balls then coat with cinnamon by rolling balls in a bowl coated with cinnamon. Chill and serve. Refrigerate for up to 5 days!
