London’s leading vegetarian restaurant group, tibits, will be celebrating Veganuary with their entire food and drink offering going vegan for January and a special panel discussion from leading vegan experts. Having supported Veganuary since it’s launch 5 years ago, tibits are passionate about its ability to educate people on how to reduce the suffering of animals, help slow carbon emissions and improve overall health – and it all starts by simply going vegan for the month of January.
On Tuesday 22nd January at their Heddon Street restaurant, the panel will be led by award-winning personal trainer Adam Stansbury (theplantpoweredpt.com). As someone who specializes in body transformations focused around a vegan lifestyle, he will be speaking in-depth about how to make the most of veganism, how to train well and what exercises will complement your transformation. After the talk, guests will have the opportunity to try tibits all-vegan menu available for January. Dishes for the New Year will include the delicious Butterbean, Sweet Potato & Kale Korma with Basmati Rice, or for those looking for a heartier option, the Cottage Pie with Roast Beetroot is a real winter warmer. For those who can’t resist something sweet, tibits signature Ginger & Orange Bake will hit the spot.
