This three-day weekend in gorgeous Tuscany on an organic farm will give you the jump start you need for a calmer, more energized you. You’ll be learning from author and celebrity nutritionist Heather Lounsbury simple nutrition and lifestyle tips on how to boost your mood and energy levels naturally. Pilates instructor Silvia Errigos will be teaching exercises to strengthen and stretch your muscles, help you to relax and regain balance, as well as compliment Heather’s workshops.

Not only will you be learning from the best, but all the food served in the acclaimed organic restaurant will be related to what you’ve learned in the workshops. Health promoting foods can be delicious and decadent. You’ll have a cooking course on the last day of the retreat to see how simple healthy cooking really is.
