The days are growing longer as we intuitively prepare for the abundance of Spring Equinox. Enter Return to Eden, the eco-friendly, full spectrum holistic wellness retreat March 10th-16th. Set against the lush green backdrop of the tropical rainforest and just up the road from the rich blues of the Caribbean Sea on the grounds of the solar-powered High Valley Orchard, an estate just outside Frederiksted, St. Croix, featuring organic tropical fruit in abundance. This intimate inaugural event combines the best consciously curated holistic offerings with fully modernized off-grid, sustainable living.

Eugenia Merkoulov, Plant Medicine Yoga Founder and holistic wellness guide, will be leading guests in a Hatha style practice in the cabana-style yoga shala as well as providing guided meditations and breathwork exercises, workshops on traditional herbal medicine and more. Eugenia follows in the footsteps of five generations of Slavic medicine women and will be working with local Priestess and Shamanic Practitioner Tahirah Abu Bakr to ground and restore in a traditional healing circle and connect with the surrounding environment.

Attendees are encouraged to relax on the white sand beaches, hike through the foothills, discover safe and gentle plant allies to incorporate into their daily health and wellness routines, and effortlessly detoxify with three delicious meals a day curated and prepared by St. Croix native, New York City-based expert Ayurvedic Chef, Bale Amlak. High Valley Orchard will be donating 10% of the proceeds from Return to Eden, as it does with all its retreats and farm stays, toward Go Conscious Earth’s efforts to save one of the most important rainforests in the world.
