With vegan being one of the top trending diets and searches on Google for 2018, the desire for vegan options is on the rise as many people strive to keep their New Year’s resolutions.
Home to more than a dozen restaurants on property, every eatery offers a vegan and/or vegetarian menu that is designed and prepared at the same caliber of the signature menu items served. Wynn’s chefs also partnered with collaborating vegan chef Tal Ronnen to craft unique and healthy fare to be enjoyed at any time of the day, ranging from Gardein™ Chick’n at Andrea’s, Vegan Ravioli at Costa di Mare, Vegan Curry at Lakeside, and Crisp Red Quinoa Cakes at SW Steakhouse, to name a few.
Following the exciting debut of the brand-new Impossible Burger 2.0 at CES last month, Wynn has also recently added Impossible™ “meat” onto several of its menus. One of the newer fan favorites are the sliders at Andrea’s, which are topped with housemade kimchee and a vegan gochujang aioli sauce.
