Plant-Based Restaurant Chain Celebrates 50th Location Opening

Copper Branch, now the largest 100% plant-based restaurant chain in the world, has announced that the company will hit the 50-store mark by Earth Day 2019 (April 22, 2019) with fifteen new restaurant openings in North America.

The Montreal-based company is aggressively expanding worldwide and is also making its New York City debut in April in the Greenwich Village/SOHO area of the city, which will become its second U.S. location after opening in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida this past January. In Canada, Copper Branch will open five locations in Montreal, two in both Toronto and Calgary and one new restaurant each in Quebec City, Ottawa, New Brunswick and Vancouver during March and April.

What sets Copper Branch apart from other quick service plant-based restaurant chains is its commitment to both familiar fare as well as unique “global” recipes that diners can’t get at other plant-based restaurants.
