Vegan Dessert Recipe: Nuts and Dried Fruit Bliss Balls

Vegan Bliss Balls

These are easy snacks to prepare and eat, you can just grab and go.

Ingredients, makes 10-12 balls
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup pistachio
1/4 cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup raisins
3 dry figs
3 soft dates, de-seeded

Garnishing
12 pieces split cashew nuts

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 15 mins. Mix all the nuts and dry fruits and put it in the heated off oven.
2. It is important to switch off the oven when nuts and dry fruits are getting toasted. Let it toast in the oven for 20 mins.
3. It will be little crispy, then add all the nuts and dry fruits in the blender and blend it until the mixture sticks together.
4. Shape the batter into balls and garnish with broken cashew nut as shown in the image.
